全身疹子紅又癢、病情起伏大？寶寶蕁麻疹爸媽可以這樣做
【華人健康網圖文提供／嬰兒與母親】蕁麻疹發生的部位不固定，病情起伏很大，嚴重時全身紅疹相當嚇人，寶寶出現蕁麻疹，家長可以做些輔助性處置幫助改善，若症狀未好轉，應趕緊就醫，找出過敏原並接受藥物治療，千萬不可隨便使用藥膏，以免加重病情。
病情會進展到嚴重程度，並不是未積極就醫，延誤所導致，而是病人本身體質特別敏感，加上遇到的過敏原較特殊，使得病情快速惡化，有些病人第一天還很輕微，第二天就非常嚴重。
寶寶蕁麻疹，家長可做哪些初步處置？
洪毓棋醫師表示，寶寶出現蕁麻疹，家長可先做些處置，包括：
◎避免處在太熱環境，以免因高溫使疹子增多，包括避免曬太陽，暫時不要用太熱的水洗澡，小嬰兒可暫時幾天不要洗澡。
◎可以適度吹冷氣使症狀緩和，或適當使用冰敷袋敷在起疹子的部位，但要注意每次敷的時間不能過久。做了這些措施，如果症狀未見緩和，甚至疹子越來越多，孩子已經很煩躁、哭鬧、睡不好、不想吃東西，還是就醫比較保險。
採用上述物理性輔助治療（減少皮膚受到刺激）及注意生活照顧細節，還是沒改善，可能要懷疑食物造成，就醫後，醫師會詳細問診找出可能的過敏原，洪毓棋醫師表示，門診曾有一名不到1歲的寶寶，因為吃了布丁引起蕁麻疹，還好家長清楚描述，明確懷疑食物造成並加以避免，很快就恢復。假如一時找不到引起過敏的食物，建議一兩個月內暫停高過敏性食物，包括：帶殼海鮮、花生、巧克力等。
而如果找出引發蕁麻疹的食物，是否從此不能再吃？如果對牛奶蛋白過敏，半年後可以再試；雞蛋可隔一年；海產建議過兩年再嘗試，如果孩子吃了小蛋糕過敏，半年再試還是再發，兩三次都這樣，就可能真的不能吃。真的必須一輩子不吃，最有可能大概就是花生，但在台灣很少見，歐美較有這樣的案例。
