現年52歲的導演鈕承澤５日驚爆性侵女性工作人員，形象全毀、人氣跌到谷底，位於東區的住家樓下也成了媒體新的駐紮點，事發後，他除了7日出門到大安分局應訊，其他時間足不出戶，都靠親友協助他處理三餐，親弟弟這幾天都陪在哥哥身邊，當被問到鈕媽媽會來看兒子嗎？弟弟無奈回應：「怎麼來？」
對於記者好奇鈕媽媽會不會想來關心兒子，弟弟雙手一攤，指向在不遠處守候的媒體，無奈說：「怎麼來？」對於記者好奇鈕承澤的光頭是不是自己動手等問題，弟弟則不再回應，轉身跟友人回到樓上，之後鈕承澤的委任律師胡原龍也穿著風衣快速走進樓中。

軍改案 藍堅持需精算報告 綠控無端生事
立法院外交及國防委員會今天(9日)審查軍改草案，國民黨立委在將近3個小時的「程序發言」後，仍堅持應有精算報告後才可進行審查，所以進一步杯葛議事，使會議始終無法進入條文審查前的「大體討論」階段。民進黨立委邱志偉表示，其實國防部提交的財務評估報告已經可以回答精算報告的疑問，批評國民黨無端生事。
國民黨立委9日上午在立法院外交及國防委員會順利透過冗長「程序發言」，達到拖延軍改草案的審查進度，在完成第2輪發言後，民進黨籍召委王定宇宣布要進行逐條審查，因此先請議事人員宣讀條文，而國民黨立委祭出第二回合的抗爭手段，一邊訴求軍改修法沒有正當性，一邊強調國防部沒有提交正確的精算報告，藉此否定審查條文的正當性。
為了阻止議事人員宣讀條文，國民黨立委上前干擾，於是跟民進黨立委就在主席台上你推我擠，過程中，民進黨立委擠掉國民黨立委眼鏡而國民黨立委也往主席台丟報告書還以顏色，雙方互不退讓。現場音：『(原音)(國民黨立委：耶，耶，耶，打人啊。)(民進黨立委：來，起來。)(民進黨立委：你再丟書，我翻臉喔)(國民黨立委：太誇張了。)』
國民黨團書記長李彥秀表示，要審查之前，行政部門應該提供一本完整且正確的軍改後精算報告，這是國民黨團最基本的要求。李彥秀說：『(原音)只要一本正確的精確報告，為什麼這卑微的要求，我們都拿不到。』
差點被報告書打中的民進黨立委邱志偉還原現場，他解釋，要進入法案「大體討論」之前，必須先請中立的議事人員宣讀條文，但國民黨卻惡意動手，民進黨基於保護議事人員立場才跟國民黨立委有了推擠，他還說，國防部提交的財務評估報告其實已經可以回答國民黨對精算報告的疑問，因此，批評國民黨無端生事。邱志偉說：『(原音)事實上這就是精算報告，這報告非常嚴謹且經過會計師認證，他們是雞蛋裡挑骨頭，藉機生事端，找理由藉口來杯葛議事。』
儘管召委王定宇不斷呼籲立委回座位並按議事規則處理議程，但已經對峙的朝野立委還是在主席台周邊僵持不下、無法開會。儘管如此，民進黨力拼初審的決心沒有改變，也做好挑燈夜戰的準備。
