鈕承澤弟暖伴自閉兄！嘆老母：怎麼來

現年52歲的導演鈕承澤５日驚爆性侵女性工作人員，形象全毀、人氣跌到谷底，位於東區的住家樓下也成了媒體新的駐紮點，事發後，他除了7日出門到大安分局應訊，其他時間足不出戶，都靠親友協助他處理三餐，親弟弟這幾天都陪在哥哥身邊，當被問到鈕媽媽會來看兒子嗎？弟弟無奈回應：「怎麼來？」
對於記者好奇鈕媽媽會不會想來關心兒子，弟弟雙手一攤，指向在不遠處守候的媒體，無奈說：「怎麼來？」對於記者好奇鈕承澤的光頭是不是自己動手等問題，弟弟則不再回應，轉身跟友人回到樓上，之後鈕承澤的委任律師胡原龍也穿著風衣快速走進樓中。

馬英九教唆洩密判刑 吳敦義：曲解法令、有意羞辱前元首
前總統馬英九被控教唆洩密案遭高院判4個月徒刑，國民黨主席吳敦義16日在中常會上發表聲明，表示對於判決感到強烈遺憾，並直指判決曲解法令、羞辱國家元首，無法令人信服。
吳敦義強調，從「拔管」爭議、馬英九遭判有罪，各種政治力量不當干預的傳聞不斷，司法獨立也遭到質疑，「自稱『民主進步』的執政黨，難道不用警惕？」
吳敦義也說，國民黨全黨強烈支持馬英九提起上訴，捍衛自身清白、捍衛司法獨立審判的核心價值。（馬英九表明將上訴）
吳敦義聲明全文：
對於高院逆轉地院的判決，改判馬前總統4個月有期徒刑，我們對於此一判決強烈遺憾，由於《憲法》第44條明定總統有「院際協調權」，高院卻逾越權責、逕自否定憲法所賦予總統的職權，分明是曲解法令、有意羞辱國家前元首，此一判決無法令人信服。
近期以來，從台大校長遴選的粗暴「拔管」爭議，直到高院曲解法令、馬前總統遭逆轉被判有罪，各種政治力量不當干預的傳聞不斷，司法獨立審判的公正性受到國人高度質疑，更深刻侵蝕我國令人稱羨的民主自由核心價值，自稱「民主進步」的執政黨，難道不用警惕？
因此，我們全黨上下強烈支持馬前總統依法提起上訴，以捍衛自身清白、維護司法獨立審判的核心價值。
讓我們一起為馬前總統加油！也為台灣司法公正加油！
