 兩立委補選 避開學測1月27日舉行

【台灣醒報記者許嘉琪台北報導】為了台北市長候選人姚文智、台中市長候選人盧秀燕辭去立法委員職務，遺留的台北市第二選舉區及台中市第五選舉區的立委空缺。中選會將於108年1月27日進行台北區以及台中區的立委缺額補選。而另外3席因當選縣市長而出缺的立委補選，將另行安排在3月24日之前舉行。

此次九合一大選，共有5個區域立委因選前請辭或是當選縣市長而留下缺額。台北市第二選舉區前立委姚文智、台中市第五選舉區前立委盧秀燕分別於11月18日、11月20日辭去立法委員職務，依法應在3個月內完成補選投票。

中選會原訂補選日期為明年1月26日，但行政院3日表示，26日當天強碰大學學測，為避免影響學生權益，建議延後1天舉辦。中選會4日下午緊急召開委員會，決議採納各界意見，將補選日改為1月27日，投票起止時間為上午8時至下午4時。

中選會表示，6日將公告候選人登記日期及必備事項；10日至14日受理候選人登記申請。而隔年1月4日前會完成審定候選人名單，並通知抽籤；1月7日完成選舉人名冊編造；1月10日候選人抽籤決定號次；1月16日公告候選人名單；1月17日至26日辦理公辦政見發表會；1月27日投票；1月31日公告當選人名單。

另外，彰化縣長王惠美、台南市長黃偉哲、金門縣長楊鎮浯轉戰地方首長成功，但因未請辭，所以仍具立委身分。依規定，12月25日就職當天視同立委辭職生效，因此這3個區域，最遲會於3月24日前完成補選投票。

 NBA》距季後賽僅一步之遙 字母哥率公鹿擊敗塞爾提克

密爾瓦基公鹿「字母哥」安特托昆波（Giannis Antetokounmpo)，今於主場對戰波士頓塞爾提克，繳出29分11籃板6助攻的全能表現，帶領公鹿以106比102笑納勝利，目前位於東區第8名的公鹿隊，例行賽剩餘的4場比賽只要拿下1勝，就確定晉級季後賽。 

塞爾提克隊雖然位居東區第2，但後衛群傷兵實在太多，除了當家球星厄文(Kyrie Irving)和防守大鎖史馬特(Marcus Smart)長期受傷外，替補控衛洛齊爾(Terry Rozier)的左腳踝扭傷、拉金(Shane Larkin)也因為生病缺席，逼迫塞爾提克總教練史蒂文斯(Brad Stevens)第四節只能讓中鋒霍佛德(Al Horford)跟前鋒泰托姆(Jayson Tatum)大量持球，雖然最後結果輸球，但總教練史蒂文斯對於球員們給予肯定:「我認為我們的球員在進攻端上表現得非常不錯。」

關鍵阻攻改判 宣告綠衫軍死刑

字母哥不只在進攻方面表現出色，在防守端也貢獻了２次阻攻，最令人印象深刻的是，比賽終了前53秒，塞爾提克前鋒布朗(Jaylen Brown)快攻上籃被他定在板上，一開始裁判吹哨是進攻干擾，後面經過電視輔助才改判是一個漂亮的火鍋，說起這球，字母哥認為那只是稀鬆平常的事情，從小的個性就是不服輸，並慶幸裁判有更改判決結果。

目前東區第9的底特律活塞，距離第8的公鹿隊還有4.5場勝差，剩下的5場比賽只要有一場輸球，就確定無緣季後賽，這也間接說明，公鹿的季後賽門票基本上已是勝券在握。
