食量與約會對象有關？研究顯示：對象長越普通吃越多

原來在約會中的食量大小和對象有密切關係，英國《泰晤士報》報導，美國東卡羅萊納大學(East Carolina University)日前針對「心儀對象和飲食之間的關係」做出研究，找來600多名美國大學生參與實驗，研究結果顯示，食量和約會對象的長相竟有密切關係。

這個研究目的，是為了找出心儀對象和飲食之間的關係，實驗內容選在午餐時間，先讓參與者看過約會對象的大頭照後，接著選擇自己想吃的午餐。由於參與者們事先不知道自己的約會對象已經被分了等級，分別是有魅力、無魅力和一般般。而實驗結果顯示，單身族群如果約會對象的等級為無魅力或一般般，暴飲暴食的機率會大大增加。

根據研究結果，若參與者非單身，那麼在看過約會對象之後，不論多有魅力，都不會影響所選食物的卡路里。但若是單身族群，無論男女在看過約會對象之後，如果是有魅力的人選，那麼會選擇較低卡路里、相對健康的餐點。反之，如果約會對象缺乏魅力，則會增加暴飲暴食的機率。

對此科學家也解釋，這些現象或許是男女雙方的潛意識投射，通常我們會認為分量小的餐點比較端莊，過去「男生必須要吃得多」的刻板印象正漸漸消失。

【華人健康網記者駱慧雯／台北報導】膝蓋勇健嗎？現代人常有膝蓋痠軟無力的症狀，為了防止膝關節的退化速度太快，有的人主張多做肌力訓練，有些老人家則認為最好別運動，然而，保護膝關節，真的不能運動嗎？光靠肌力訓練就夠了嗎？骨科醫師有話要說！

至於正式運動，可以是有氧運動，也可以是肌力訓練。如果體能允許，同一天可先做有氧運動，再做肌力訓練；如果體能不允許，則採一天有氧運動（每週3次至5次），一天肌力訓練（每週兩次）的方式輪流交替。

需注意的是，練肌力時不要貪快，建議鍛鍊時，每個動作做8秒，動作重複8至10個為一個循環，每次肌力訓練最多3至4個循環。而且，每次運動完30至60分鐘內應適度補充水分、蛋白質和含少量葡萄糖的食物，給予身體能量，幫助修復受損的肌肉。
