同性伴侶註記3951對 雙北台中最多
（中央社記者劉麗榮、劉冠廷台北8日電）根據內政部統計，3年多來全國已有3951對同性伴侶註記，最多的前三名為台北市、新北市和台中市。民進黨立委尤美女說，不能單靠縣市政府的善意，一定要同性婚姻合法化，才能保障權益。
內政部官員表示，從施行同性註記以來，六都包括台北市共有818對、新北市743對、台中市694對、桃園市442對、台南市238對與高雄市173對，全台已有3951對完成註記。
高雄市在104年5月20日率全國之先辦理同性伴侶註記後，全國多數縣市陸續跟進，內政部去年並開放跨區受理。
長期關注同婚的民進黨立委尤美女今天表示，這數目不算少，但當然有很多人可能覺得大法官會議解釋後，就直接等著結婚就好，不用去註記。
尤美女說，註記並沒有法律的效果，雖然勞動部與衛福部表達有註記可以簽署手術同意書等伴侶權益，但是有的縣市還是不給註記，所以一定要同性婚姻合法化，才能得到真正的權利，否則都只是各縣市政府的善意。
她也說，若只是善意，卻拿不到任何的權益，去註記等於出櫃，可能就會馬上被歧視或霸凌，這就是為什麼同志需要同性婚姻。
大法官748號解釋，認定現行民法沒有保障同性婚姻違憲，立法機關應在兩年內，也就是明年5月24日前完成立法保障同性婚姻，但對於是要立專法還是修民法，各界意見不一，甚至引發對立。
今年九合一選舉合併舉行公投，幸福盟提出的「你是否同意民法婚姻規定應限定在一男一女的結合？」等愛家3公投過關，依公投法規定，行政院已表示，明年3月前將提出保障同性婚姻的專法草案，送交立法院審議。（編輯：張均懋）1071208
任內累積1000億 郝盼柯恢復敬老金
【台灣醒報記者洪進安台北報導】YouBike將開放使用敬老卡點數。為慶祝YouBike即將突破1億使用人次，台北市政府20日舉行「敬老啟程、幸福轉乘」記者會，自4月1日起開放使用敬老卡點數騎乘YouBike。活動特別邀請讓YouBike正式上路的前市長郝龍斌，他致詞時除了讚賞柯P推行鼓勵搭乘大眾運輸的方案，也希望市府恢復發給重陽敬老金；對此，柯文哲受訪時卻不回應。
台北市推動騎乘公共自行車優惠措施，將自4月1日起開放使用敬老卡點數騎乘YouBike，擴大敬老悠遊卡使用範圍，增進老人福祉。
另為鼓勵大眾運輸使用，凡於台北市YouBike站借車，完成還車扣款程序後於1小時內轉乘捷運或公車者，均享有轉乘優惠5元；另搭乘捷運或公車後，於1小時內轉乘使用台北市YouBike者，亦享有前30分鐘免費優惠。郝龍斌致詞時指出，柯P曾把YouBike前30分鐘免費取消，後續又利用鼓勵大眾運具的方案恢復，他願意給柯P按個讚。
他也表示，「很多長輩對城市的進步曾經奉獻犧牲過，市府用各種方式對他們表示敬意與謝意，這是件好事。」建議柯文哲，希望能恢復重陽敬老金，傾聽基層聲音。他也透露，他任市長8年累積約1000億財源，8億元預算北市府絕對出得起，也不會造成財政負擔。
對此，柯文哲僅回應，YouBike是郝市府時代的重要成就，而且不只是在台灣好，在國際上也很有名，他曾去馬來西亞的時候，對方就問有關YouBike系統需要多少費用，後來對方派人來看，只是不知道最後生意談到哪裡去了。
國泰醫院物理治療師簡文仁強調，雖然老年人騎自行車對健康有幫助，但不鼓勵老年人特別學騎自行車，不具有平衡度、反應力等基本條件的老年人容易發生意外，會騎自行車的老年人則維持嗜好，只要在自行車道上安全騎車即可。
